    Responsibilities include & are not limited to.

    • Supervise and manage all company drivers, including assigning daily delivery routes, monitoring attendance, and evaluating performance.
    • Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules for deliveries to branches, clients, and inter-factory transfers.
    • Monitor vehicle movement and status during deliveries, ensuring on-time arrival and route compliance through GPS and driver coordination.
    • Ensure all goods are dispatched accurately as per the delivery challans/invoices, and maintain proper records.
    • Resolve delivery issues such as delays, route deviations, or failed deliveries in coordination with branch/factory managers.
    • Maintain and update logbooks, GRNs, dispatch reports, and driver logs on a daily basis.
    • Conduct routine vehicle inspection coordination and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are being followed by drivers.
    • Maintain proper driver discipline, implement safety practices, and enforce company policies.
    • Act as a liaison between logistics, warehouse, and production departments to ensure smooth stock dispatch flow.
    • Provide daily dispatch summary reports to the reporting manager.
    • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support the department’s objectives and overall business goals.

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Logistics / Business or related field).
    • 2–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or fleet operations.
    • Basic knowledge of delivery documentation and route planning.
    • Familiarity with GPS tracking and vehicle coordination.
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

    Job Overview: Your role as Cab Call Operator/Dispatcher (CSR) will be responsible for taking incoming calls from UK Customers who are looking to book/amend taxi bookings. You will also be handling the following task in particular:

    • Preferably Inbound Call center Experience or Minimum 01 Year of CSR Experience with a Call Center.
    • Candidates with the working knowledge of ICabbi, Autocab & Cordic are required.
