Pay: Rs30,000.00 – Rs40,000.00 per month

• Park cars safely.
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests and employees to ensure their proper return
• Ensure that parked cars are locked and that keys are stored safely or returned to the owner.
• Operate vehicles safely and maintain the security of vehicles, belongings kept inside the car and vehicle keys.
• Managing Parking space with bikes and cars
• Performs other administrative tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company staff and management as required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure routine checks/maintenance.
• Run office-related errands (documents, parcels, banking, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness of office spaces, including meeting rooms, kitchen, and common areas.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
• Assist with organizing meetings and events, including room setup.
• Support Founders with personal errands when needed.
• Perform other office support tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Matric (10th Grade).
• Valid driving license with 2–3 years of driving experience.
• Prior experience as office boy/driver preferred.
• Must be honest, reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

• Operate heavy vehicles such as trailers, dump trucks, tankers, or other HTVs safely and efficiently.
• Transport goods/materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips, reporting any issues or malfunctions.
• Ensure proper loading, unloading, and securing of cargo.
• Adhere to traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and logistics personnel.
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance and assist with routine servicing as required.

• Follow traffic laws and ensure passenger safety at all times.
• Perform routine checks on vehicle condition and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per schedule.
• Assist with loading and unloading items if required.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (LTV/HTV as applicable).
• Minimum [X] years of driving experience.
• Familiarity with local routes and areas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
• Trustworthy and punctual.
