Job Summary:

Brain Telecommunication Ltd. is seeking a responsible and experienced Company Van Driver to support our technical teams by transporting fiber optic equipment across various sites. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of Suzuki Vans and other similar carrier vans and, should be capable of performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on the assigned vehicle. This role requires someone who is proactive, punctual, and a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Suzuki Vans and other company carrier vans to transport fiber optic equipment and technical staff.
• Assist technicians with loading and unloading heavy fiber optic equipment at various locations.
• Ensure timely pickup and drop-off as per the daily schedule or instructions from the supervisor.
• Perform regular vehicle checks and carry out basic maintenance tasks (oil change, brake check, tire pressure, etc.).
• Report any major mechanical issues immediately and coordinate with the workshop for repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the vehicle at all times.
• Accurately log mileage, fuel usage, and service records.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Provide support to technical staff during field operations as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional van or carrier driver.
• In-depth knowledge of Suzuki Van mechanics and other similar carrier vans.
• Ability to independently manage routine vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot common mechanical issues.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy equipment.
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and punctuality.
• Basic literacy to manage logbooks and reports.
• Prior experience supporting technical field teams is a plus.
