Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 – Rs70,000.00 per month

We’re looking for a driven Upwork Bidder / Business Developer who thrives on winning projects, building long-term client relationships, and helping us grow our agency presence globally.

Your Mission:

• Craft and submit winning proposals on Upwork with precision and creativity
• Identify the right projects aligned with Social Bros’ expertise (E-commerce, TikTok Shop, Media Buying, Content, Creative)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients, setting the tone for lasting partnerships
• Collaborate with our Brand Managers & Media Team to ensure smooth project handover and execution
• Maintain high responsiveness, track KPIs, and consistently hit targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Upwork bidding / freelance marketplace bidding
• Strong written communication & proposal writing skills
• Understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, or creative services
• Ability to spot valuable opportunities and filter low-value leads
• A proactive Driver mindset (not a passenger!)
• Hungry to grow — with high earning potential linked to performance

KPIs You’ll Own:

Proposals sent daily/weekly

Response rate from bids

Calls booked & deals closed

Revenue generated from Upwork
