Truck Dispatcher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 – Rs80,000.00 per month

We are seeking an experienced U.S. Truck Dispatcher to join our growing logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in U.S. dispatching, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage freight operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage drivers for U.S. freight operations
• Book and negotiate loads using U.S. load boards
• Communicate professionally with brokers, drivers, and clients
• Monitor routes and handle real-time delivery or scheduling issues
• Maintain accurate trip logs, documentation, and compliance records

Requirements

• Fluent English communication (spoken and written) — mandatory
• Minimum 8 months of U.S. Truck Dispatch experience — required
• Strong knowledge of load boards and dispatch software
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Computer literate, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working night shifts (05:00 PM – 02:00 AM)
