Truck Dispatcher

Pay: Rs55,000.00 – Rs80,000.00 per month

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced U.S. Truck Dispatcher to join our fast-growing logistics team. The right candidate will be responsible for booking loads, coordinating with brokers and drivers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day dispatch operations across the U.S. freight market.

Key Responsibilities

• Book loads through major U.S. load boards and dispatch tools
• Schedule, assign, and dispatch drivers for freight deliveries
• Coordinate professionally with brokers, shippers, and drivers
• Track routes, resolve delays, and ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain daily logs, trip sheets, and compliance records
• Negotiate rates confidently to maximize profitability

Requirements

• Strong English communication (spoken & written) – mandatory
• Minimum 8 months of U.S. Truck Dispatch experience
• Practical knowledge of brokers, load boards, and FMCSA basics
• Confident negotiator with strong coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple loads
• Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and dispatch software
• Must be comfortable working the 5 PM – 2 AM night shift
