About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced U.S. Truck Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. You’ll manage freight scheduling, negotiate loads, and coordinate directly with drivers and brokers to ensure timely deliveries across the U.S.
This position suits professionals with prior dispatch experience who want to advance in a structured, growth-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and coordinate drivers for U.S. freight loads
- Communicate with brokers, drivers, and clients professionally
- Use load boards and dispatch software for load booking
- Track deliveries and resolve route or timing issues
- Maintain detailed dispatch logs and compliance records
Requirements
- Fluent English communication (spoken & written) — required
- Minimum 8 months of U.S. Truck Dispatch experience
- Familiarity with load boards and U.S. logistics systems
- Excellent negotiation, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Proficient with computers and dispatch tools
- Must be comfortable working night shift (5 PM – 2 AM)
