Pay: Rs55,000.00 – Rs80,000.00 per month
We are hiring an experienced U.S. Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics operations. You will manage freight loads, coordinate with drivers & brokers, monitor trips live, and ensure smooth & timely deliveries across U.S. lanes. This is an excellent growth-oriented role for professionals with dispatching background.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and dispatch drivers for U.S. freight loads
- Monitor trips in real-time and maintain driver communication
- Book and manage loads using load boards & dispatch software
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, drivers & clients
- Resolve routing, scheduling & delivery issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate trip logs and compliance documentation
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken & written) — mandatory
- Minimum 8 months experience in U.S. Truck Dispatch (required)
- Knowledge of load boards & U.S. logistics operations
- Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills
- Computer literate and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working night shift (5 PM – 2 AM)
