Pay: 40,000 PKR – 150,000 PKR per month (Basic + Commission up to $1000)

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule & Dispatch Trucks for pickups and deliveries based on customer needs and driver availability.
- Monitor Routes to ensure timely delivery and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Communicate with Drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support during trips.
- Collaborate with Customers to provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules and status.
- Maintain Records of dispatch activities, including delivery logs and driver performance.
- Optimize Routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Negotiate competitive rates based on market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in truck dispatching or logistics (preferred U.S.A market only ).
- Dispatch, Customer Service, or Logistics Industry experience is a plus (but not required).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and GPS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with drivers and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday | 5 PM – 2 AM (Night Shift)
