About the Role
We are expanding our U.S. Truck Dispatch & Financial Estimation telesales campaign and are hiring energetic, confident, and fluent English speakers to join our night-shift team.
You will be responsible for connecting with U.S. truck drivers and logistics clients, explaining our dispatch services, and converting qualified leads into active clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to U.S. clients and present dispatch services effectively
- Maintain CRM records, call logs, and follow-up details accurately
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
- Build rapport, answer questions, and provide excellent communication
- Professionally manage objections and convert leads into clients
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong English fluency (clear accent and confident speaking skills)
- Energetic, persuasive, and comfortable in a target-driven role
- Freshers with excellent English can apply
- Prior telesales experience will be a strong plus
- Must be available for full-time night shift (U.S. time zone)
