Trailer Driver

Location: Hyderabad Bypass
Monthly Salary: Rs 56,000

Job Summary:

The Trailer Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of long-haul or heavy trailers, often used for transporting containers, machinery, or bulk cargo. This position requires knowledge of highway driving, trailer maneuvering, and basic vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate long trailers or container trucks for intercity or industrial transport
• Drive on highways and bypasses from Hyderabad to major cities or ports
• Ensure proper loading, balancing, and securing of cargo
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections (brakes, tires, suspension, lights)
• Maintain delivery logs, fuel records, and trip reports
• Comply with all traffic regulations and road safety protocols
• Coordinate with dispatch teams for delivery updates and instructions
• Report mechanical faults or accidents immediately

Requirements:

• Valid HTV license with trailer endorsement
• At least 3 years of trailer driving experience on highways or industrial routes
• Familiarity with Hyderabad Bypass, Super Highway, and Karachi routes
• Strong physical stamina and good eyesight
• Responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling long driving hours
• Basic understanding of mechanical troubleshooting for trailers
