We are looking for dedicated, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Taxi Dispatch Operators. In this role, you will handle real-time customer communications, manage bookings, and ensure smooth coordination to deliver a great passenger experience.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and process taxi bookings quickly and accurately
Provide professional customer service and resolve client queries or concerns
Maintain clear and updated booking records in the dispatch system
Communicate efficiently with drivers to ensure timely pickups
Follow company policies and performance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of customer service or call-center experience
(UK taxi dispatch experience will be an advantage)
Excellent spoken English (neutral/British accent preferred)
Ability to work long shifts 10–12 hours as required
Strong multitasking skills & ability to work under pressure
Punctual, disciplined, and responsible behavior
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Problem-solving skills & conflict handling ability
Goal-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
