Taxi Operator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 – Rs80,000.00 per month

We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Taxi Dispatch Operators (UK Market). In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, processing customer bookings, and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and accurately process taxi bookings
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and booking information
• Deliver excellent customer service while addressing queries and complaints
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely service

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (international experience preferred; UK taxi dispatch experience will be given preference)
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or British accent
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts (including evenings and nights)
• Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts
• Strong time management and punctuality
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Goal-oriented, determined, and target-driven
