Globe Call Centre is seeking Cab Dispatchers with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in dispatch operations, particularly within cab or transportation services. If you’re organized, responsive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign cabs promptly and efficiently to meet service requests
- Oversee driver schedules and route coordination to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Maintain real-time communication with drivers and customers to resolve route changes or delays
- Accurately log trip information and driver performance metrics
- Ensure dispatch operations align with company policies and transport regulations
- Address customer concerns or inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a cab dispatching role (minimum 1 year required)
- Familiarity with dispatching systems and GPS navigation tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills
