Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Taxi Dispatch Specialist to join our London-based taxi company into our back office in Gulberg Lahore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating taxi dispatch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, take bookings, and assign jobs to drivers.
• Dispatch taxis efficiently using our taxi dispatch software.
• Monitor and track drivers to optimize response times and service quality.
• Communicate with drivers and customers to provide real-time updates.
• Resolve any dispatch-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of bookings, driver availability, and job status.
• Work collaboratively with the customer service team to enhance service efficiency.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in taxi dispatching, preferably in London.
• Familiarity with taxi dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
