Salary: 50,000 – 55,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and assign incoming ride bookings efficiently to ensure prompt and reliable service.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize driver schedules and routes to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and customers, providing updates, directions, and timely support.
• Record trip details, driver performance, and dispatch activities accurately in the system.
• Ensure all dispatch operations comply with company standards and relevant transportation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a taxi, cab, or transportation dispatching role.
• Proficiency with dispatching software, GPS tracking systems, and route management tools.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay composed, organized, and efficient under pressure.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• A proactive attitude with a strong focus on delivering quality service.
