Rider & Office Boy

Job Description:

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of office-based and outdoor work. As a Rider cum Office Boy, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents, as well as performing various office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up documents, packages, and other materials as required.
• Run errands to local vendors, banks, or other locations.
• Assist with office cleaning and organising office supplies.
• Maintain office equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
• Help with administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and scanning.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and safely.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Perform any other related tasks as requested by the management.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a motorcycle.
• Proven experience as a rider or delivery driver is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of the local area.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle office duties efficiently.
• Friendly, trustworthy, and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes.
• Must be physically fit and able to manage errands throughout the day.
