Operations Staff – Cargo Courier & Logistics

Job Description:

We are hiring Operations Staff to assist in daily cargo and logistics activities. The ideal candidates should be hardworking, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle booking and dispatching of cargo.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of consignments.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Assist in tracking shipments and resolving delays.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the terminal.
• Support customers with queries regarding cargo status.
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Matric/Intermediate
• Experience in cargo/logistics operations will be preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically active and willing to work in shifts
• Must be punctual, reliable, and responsible
