Location: Gilgit Terminal
Monthly Salary: Rs 53,000

Job Summary:

The Logistics Driver ensures timely and safe delivery of goods across regional routes in Gilgit-Baltistan and northern areas. This role involves transporting packages or commercial goods, often in challenging terrain, requiring experience with mountainous roads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive LTV/HTV vehicles for transport of goods from the Gilgit terminal to regional hubs
• Load/unload goods with care, ensuring delivery accuracy and security
• Navigate mountainous or rural roads safely, especially in changing weather conditions
• Follow transport schedules and report any delays or issues to logistics coordinators
• Perform daily vehicle checks and ensure timely maintenance
• Maintain logs for delivery status, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Support warehouse staff during loading or stock handling if required

Requirements:

• Valid LTV or HTV license, depending on vehicle assigned
• Prior experience in logistics or delivery in northern Pakistan preferred
• Familiarity with Gilgit, Skardu, Hunza routes is highly desirable
• Physically fit and comfortable with long-distance or hilly terrain driving
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently
• Basic understanding of local languages is a plus for communication
