Limousine Dispatcher

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Limousine Dispatcher who can efficiently manage dispatch operations, handle affiliate communications, and operate LimoAnywhere with expertise.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day dispatch operations for multiple limousine clients.
Assign and monitor trips, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
Handle affiliate management — coordinate with partner companies, negotiate rates, and ensure smooth collaboration.
Work efficiently in LimoAnywhere — manage trips, drivers, clients, and reports.
Maintain strong communication with drivers, affiliates, and clients.
Handle urgent changes, flight delays, or last-minute trip adjustments.
Provide daily updates and ensure quality service at all times.
Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in limousine or black car dispatching.
Expert in LimoAnywhere (must be able to use all modules confidently).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly.
Experience with affiliate management is a must.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone).
Preferred Skills

Experience with US-based limo companies.
Strong understanding of route planning and airport logistics.
Ability to lead or train junior dispatchers.
