Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the limousine dispatch team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Monitor and coordinate schedules, routes, and driver assignments to optimize efficiency and meet client needs.
- Handle client inquiries, booking confirmations, and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Support dispatch staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Utilize dispatch software effectively to manage trip details, updates, and overall fleet management.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on operational performance to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the limousine or transportation industry, with at least 1 years in a dispatch.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage schedules and handle client interactions.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and other relevant tools used in the limousine industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Limousine Dispatching: 1 year (Required)
