Job Overview:

We are currently hiring a Female Dispatcher to join our fast-paced operations team. This role is ideal for a candidate who is organized, communicative, and thrives under pressure. The role involves coordinating field staff, managing dispatch communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Note: This role is open only to female candidates due to specific operational or facility requirements.Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls (emergency & non-emergency).
Dispatch personnel/vehicles based on schedules and service demands.
Monitor field activities and adjust assignments as needed.
Use dispatch software to track and log activities.
Communicate clearly with drivers and customers.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Prepare daily reports and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:

Fluent English.
Prior experience in a dispatcher, coordinator, or customer service role. preferable
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with basic computer and software tools.
Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
Flexible to work rotating shifts and weekends.
Female candidates only (due to job-specific environment).
