Indirve Drivers Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 – Rs60,000.06 per month

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Driver’s Coordinator to manage and support riding app drivers coordination, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience with ride-hailing platforms (Careem, Uber, InDrive, Yango), strong communication skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with drivers, maintain relationships, and resolve on-ground issues.
• Handle documents related to daily rides and collections.
• Monitor ride-hailing operations (Careem, Uber, InDrive, Yango) for performance and compliance.
• Ensure smooth and timely transportation operations.
• Report daily activities, challenges, and solutions to management.
• Support in problem-solving and improving logistics efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/ICOM).
• Prior experience with Careem, Uber, InDrive, or Yango.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure.
• Driver relationship management is a plus point.
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate documents.
