HTV Driver (Heavy Transport Vehicle)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 – Rs45,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:Driving & Transport

• Safely operate heavy transport vehicles (trucks, lorries, or similar HTVs).
• Deliver goods to designated locations on time while adhering to traffic rules.
• Plan routes efficiently to optimize fuel and time.
• Load and unload materials as required, ensuring safe handling.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Perform routine checks on brakes, tires, engine, and other essential vehicle systems.
• Report mechanical issues or damages to the maintenance team promptly.
• Keep vehicles clean and maintain basic upkeep.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain logbooks, delivery reports, and transport records.
• Ensure all required permits, licenses, and vehicle documents are up to date.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or delays to the supervisor immediately.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all road safety rules and company transport policies.
• Use personal protective equipment when loading/unloading heavy materials.
• Ensure cargo is secured properly to prevent accidents or damage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid HTV Driving License (Heavy Transport Vehicle).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience driving HTVs in commercial or industrial settings.
• Good knowledge of traffic rules, vehicle handling, and road safety.
• Physically fit to drive long distances and handle heavy loads.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in logistics or material transport in industrial settings.
• Ability to perform minor vehicle repairs or troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Knowledge of Sheikhupura and surrounding routes for efficient deliveries.
