We Are Hiring Experienced Taxi Dispatcher

The Telaxy Call Centre Pvt Ltd is a company that has an affiliation with UK-based Taxi Companies and is based in Rawalpindi. We are now hiring experienced Taxi Dispatcher with swift experience of ICabbi on full-time basis. Full-Time Basis. ( Limited Night Slots available)

Required experience in UK based cab call centers

Minimum experience require 2 years

Job responsibilities include:

Answering Inbound calls.

Taking the airport and local taxi bookings.

Booking over the phone, email, or online and input data accurately into the software provided by the clients.

Providing a price quotation to the customers.

Deal with queries related to the company and bookings.

Create a positive brand image in front of the customers.

Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Liaise with clients, colleagues & drivers, and always work for the best interest of the company.

Dispatch and distribute jobs in time and according to the company’s procedure.

Punctual, reliable, and responsible as per shift requirements.

Organized execution of daily tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements for the job;

People with previous experience in a Taxi Cab Services will be preferred.

Excellent skills in Customer Management and Customer Care.

Decent knowledge of Taxi booking software. (Preferably iCabbi)

Ability to multi-task and having problem-solving approach.

Flexible people who can work according to the Rota.
