Experienced Truck Dispatcher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 – Rs60,000.00 per month

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our international dispatch team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in truck dispatching for international clients, along with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily truck dispatch operations for international routes.
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and brokers to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor load status, handle issues proactively, and provide updates to clients.
Negotiate rates and maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for each shipment.
Work collaboratively with the operations team to meet performance targets.
Requirements:

Experience: 6 months – 1 year in international truck dispatching (mandatory).
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Computer Skills: Proficient in dispatch software and Microsoft Office tools.
Other Skills: Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilities
