Pay: Rs35,000.00 – Rs40,000.00 per month

Position Overview

The Driver will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services for official and family-related assignments. This role demands strong road sense, maturity, discipline, and a service-oriented mindset. The incumbent must demonstrate excellent knowledge of Islamabad/Rawalpindi routes, strict adherence to traffic rules, and a professional approach when dealing with senior management and family members.

Key Responsibilities1. Transportation & Driving Duties

• Drive company/family vehicles safely for office work, meetings, visits, airport drop-offs, travel, errands, and personal assignments as directed.
• Maintain punctuality and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of assigned personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic rules, local laws, and company policies.
• Navigate Islamabad/Rawalpindi routes efficiently, including main roads, shortcuts, and high-traffic areas.

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep

• Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle: fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, lights, brakes, and overall condition.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior and exterior) on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with Admin/HR for timely servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintain fuel records, mileage logs, and service updates.
• Ensure the vehicle is always prepared for emergencies (tool kit, spare tire, documents).

3. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all vehicle documents (registration, token tax, insurance, license) are valid and up-to-date.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
• Follow company SOPs for vehicle usage, parking, and safety protocols.

4. Professional Conduct & Support Duties

• Demonstrate a courteous, respectful, and professional attitude at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality, especially during executive or family travels.
• Assist in basic office tasks when required (parcel handling, mail pickup, etc.).
• Provide support for out-of-city travel when needed.

Required Qualifications & SkillsQualifications

• Minimum Matric preferred (not mandatory).
• Valid Pakistani Driving License (LTV preferred).
• 5+ years of proven driving experience, ideally with corporate or family employers.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Rawalpindi/Islamabad routes and traffic patterns.
• Excellent driving habits with a focus on safety and discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage long hours and flexible timings (10–12-hour shifts).
• Vehicle handling experience of GLI/XR or similar sedan models.
• Honesty, reliability, and a calm temperament.
• Preference for married candidates with stable family background.
