Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth and efficient vehicle delivery process, including scheduling delivery appointments, coordinating with drivers, and following up with customers.
- Manage and maintain customer delivery files and ensure all necessary documents (invoice, registration, warranty, etc.) are properly handled.
- Track delivery status and follow up with drivers to ensure on-time handovers.
- Oversee the preparation and handover of warranty books, manuals, and accessories.
- Update and maintain delivery records in the system for reporting and compliance.
- Ensure all customer delivery experiences meet company quality standards.
- Coordinate with the sales and PDI departments for efficient delivery process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Intermediate/Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in relevant field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and record management.
- Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
