Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Communicate with customers via live chat to provide quotes and book rides
- Respond to customer inquiries via email
- Manage bookings across all channels (calls, chats, and emails), including payment processing
- Dispatch rides promptly to available drivers
Requirements
Minimum 2-year contract commitment
Minimum 1 years of experience in a call center environment
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong customer-oriented attitude and professional behavior
Willingness to work rotational shifts (day/night)
