We’re looking for a Driver Recruiter to join our team remotely, helping connect qualified CDL drivers with opportunities in the U.S. trucking industry. This commission-based role is perfect for organized, communicative, and driven individuals.

As a Driver Recruiter, you will identify potential driver candidates, maintain regular follow-ups, and support applicants through the hiring process to help them secure positions quickly and efficiently.

What We Offer:

• Commission-based pay with the potential to earn up to $1,000 per week

Requirements:

• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to final hire
• Familiarity with the U.S. trucking industry is preferred

Your Role:

• Call and follow up with driver leads
• Guide drivers through the application and hiring process
• Communicate regularly about driver status and progress
• Work hours aligned with CST time zone (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST)
