Position Summary:
The Security & Transport Incharge is responsible for managing front desk and gate operations, ensuring workplace security, and overseeing the maintenance and documentation of company commercial vehicles. The role requires vigilance, discipline, and strong coordination with all departments to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Security:
- Supervise gate operations and monitor the movement of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Manage reception duties including visitor handling, recordkeeping, and call management.
- Monitor CCTV and ensure implementation of company security and safety protocols.
- Supervise security staff and ensure discipline, punctuality, and proper conduct.
- Report any irregularities, security incidents, or policy violations immediately to management.
Transport Management:
- Oversee company commercial vehicles for maintenance, fitness, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with workshops for servicing, repairs, and inspection schedules.
- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs, fuel records, and documentation.
- Ensure drivers follow transport policies, routes, and operational discipline.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in logistical arrangements and document verification.
- Maintain updated records of vehicle, driver, and visitor data.
- Support administration in implementing security and transport-related policies.
