Key Responsibilities:

1. Load Planning & Dispatching: Assign loads to truck drivers based on availability, route optimization, and load priority. Utilize logistics software to minimize empty miles and ensure on-time deliveries. Monitor driver locations, routes, and estimated delivery times.

2. Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between drivers, customers, brokers, and shippers. Provide drivers with instructions, route details, and necessary documents. Address customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.

4. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to DOT, FMCSA, and safety regulations. Maintain driver logs, trip reports, and fuel receipts. Assist in handling insurance claims.

Job Overview: Your role as Call Operator (CSR) will be responsible for taking incoming calls from UK Customers who are looking to book/amend taxi bookings. You will also be handling the following task in particular:

• Airport Booking.

What You’ll Do

• As an Inbound Taxi Controller, you will be answering incoming calls from UK based customers in proficient English (British Accent).
• You will be doing the following task primarily:
• Taxi Bookings: Take orders from the customer for a specific vehicle as per the customer requirement.
• Offer customers with timely Quotations.
• Amending and Cancelling Active Bookings.
• Keep a track of flight inputs.
• Liaison with UK Office i-e Supervisor and Shift In charge.
