Cab Controller 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs350.00 – Rs450.00 per hour

Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team. The opening is for a night shift. Timings are 10pm – 10am. As the first point of contact for customers booking taxis, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service and ensuring efficient dispatching of jobs to drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Take bookings accurately using our dispatch system
• Provide fare estimates and general information to callers
• Liaise with drivers to assign jobs and monitor job status
• Handle customer queries, complaints, or issues courteously and effectively
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all communications
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (Essential)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-task
• Basic computer skills and ability to use dispatch software (training provided)
• Flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with local area and geography is a plus
