Pay: Rs40,000.00 – Rs50,000.00 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a female Cab Controller to manage and coordinate cab operations efficiently during the night shift. The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and dispatch cabs to clients in real-time.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle booking inquiries, cancellations, and route coordination.
• Keep track of ride schedules, locations, and driver availability.
• Prepare daily reports and update management on operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Previous experience in cab/taxi control or call center (preferred).
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask during peak hours.
• Must be comfortable working night shift.
