Job responsibilities include:

• Liaise with clients, colleagues & drivers, and always working for the best interest of the company.
• Dispatch and distribute jobs in time and according to the company’s procedure.
• Punctual, reliable and responsible as per shift requirements.
• Organized execution of daily tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements for the job:

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills required. (Preferably British English)
• A minimum of 02 years Call Center experience.
• People with previous experience of a Taxi Cab Campaign will be preferred.
• Excellent skills in Customer Management.
• Decent know-how of Taxi booking software.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solving approach.
• Knows Taxi dispatching.
• Shift timings are mostly night shifts and you are expected to work on a ROTA.

(Agent’s shifts will range from 08-10 hours a day ; with overtime also available.)

Agents will be trained. Training session could be extended subject to Trainer feedback and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Properly collect the assigned items (documents, parcels, cash deposits, samples, etc.) from Mill or Head office.
• Hand over all items directly to the authorized recipient
• Perform daily basic checks on the assigned motorcycle before starting the trip (e.g., fuel, oil, tire pressure, brakes, lights).
• Keep the motorcycle clean and report any mechanical faults or issues to the transport supervisor immediately.
• Ensure all safety gear (helmet, reflective vest,) is worn at all times while riding. Bear by the company
• Plan the most efficient route from Dhabeji to the Mill/Head Office/Banks in Karachi, considering traffic patterns and road conditions.
• Ride the motorcycle safely and defensively, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure personal safety and the security of the consignment.
• Ensure the journey is completed within the expected timeframe to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatchers, supervisors at the Head Office, and contacts at the Dhabeji site.
• Immediately report any delays due to traffic, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Report any issues with the collection or delivery process, such as missing items or an unavailable recipient.
• May be responsible for carrying out small tasks or delivering messages on behalf of either location.
• Handling and safeguarding company assets, which may include a smartphone for tracking, a fuel card, or petty cash for fuel and tolls.
• Maintaining a logbook of daily trips, distances covered, and fuel consumption.
• Verify the waybill, consignment note, or delivery challan for accuracy (correct recipient, number of items, special instructions).
• Securely pack all items into the delivery box or backpack to protect them from weather (rain, dust) and damage during transit.

Synercon Pvt Ltd is seeking two reliable and experienced Company Drivers, one of whom will be assigned exclusively to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The selected candidates will ensure the safe, timely, and professional transportation of executives, staff, documents, and materials. The position requires individuals with excellent driving skills, discretion, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Duties:

• Safely operate company-assigned vehicles to transport staff, executives, documents, and goods as required.
• Serve as the primary driver for the CEO, with the ability to adjust to dynamic schedules and last-minute changes.
• Plan efficient travel routes using GPS and mobile navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze).
• Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while maintaining safe driving practices at all times.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
• Perform daily routine checks on fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, brakes, lights, wipers, and overall vehicle condition.
• Ensure timely servicing and repairs, including documentation such as registration, insurance, and pollution checks.
• Promptly report any mechanical or performance issues to the relevant department.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain a daily vehicle log including mileage, fuel usage, travel time, and destinations.
• Submit monthly vehicle reports (fuel expenses, toll receipts, maintenance costs, etc.).
• Assist with minor official errands, such as banking, mail delivery, or collection of items as directed.

Work Schedule:

• Standard Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (subject to flexibility based on CEO’s schedule)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Availability: Must be available 7 days a week, with 4 leave days per month
• Overtime: Paid or compensated with prior approval
• Weekend or Holiday Work: May be required occasionally, with prior notice

• Ability to operate navigation tools (e.g., GPS, Google Maps, Waze) and use a smartphone for route updates
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge of vehicle systems
• Age requirement: Between 40 and 55 years
• Punctual, dependable, and courteous
• Flexible with working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with multinational or corporate firms
• Ability to read and write basic Urdu and understand basic English
