Job Overview: Your role as Call Operator (CSR) will be responsible for taking incoming calls from UK Customers who are looking to book/amend taxi bookings. You will also be handling the following task in particular:

• Airport Booking.
• Payment over the Phone.
• Escalating the complaint to the relevant Department.
• Handling Driver Queries/ Grievances.

This role required excellent listening skills and the Taxi Controller should always consider 7 Points of Output to ensure the Quality of every single call.

What You’ll Do

• As an Inbound Taxi Controller, you will be answering incoming calls from UK based customers in proficient English (British Accent).
• You will be doing the following task primarily:
• Taxi Bookings: Take orders from the customer for a specific vehicle as per the customer requirement.
• Offer customers with timely Quotations.
• Amending and Cancelling Active Bookings.
• Keep a track of flight inputs.
• Liaison with UK Office i-e Supervisor and Shift In charge.
• Meeting High Level of Customer Service at all times.
• Handling customer complain and Feedback. If appropriate escalate the complaint or issue with the Team Leader.
• Customer Coordination – Connecting the Customer with the Driver to ensure a pleasant ride. The focus should always be on quality,
• Pickup and Drop-off should always be accurate to maintain High-Quality standards. (You will be briefed on 7 Points of Output during your Training Session)

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Inbound Taxi Call center Experience of Minimum 01 Year
• Candidates with the working knowledge of Cab Treasure are required.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Dispatcher. The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling trucking activities, communicating with drivers and clients, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, the Truck Dispatcher will handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

Salary Structure

• Experienced Agents: 40k to 60k basic salary (depending on your previous experience)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
• Knowledge of transportation logistics and supply chain management
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and GPS systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a bonus

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for freight deliveries across routes
• Monitor ongoing trips and maintain real-time communication
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and brokers
• Utilize dispatching software and load boards for assigning loads
• Troubleshoot delivery or routing issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and logs of dispatch activity
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• English Fluency (Required)
• Prior 8 months+ Experience (Required)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of U.S. logistics and freight operations is a plus
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software tools
• Ability to work the night shift from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job responsibilities include:

• Answering Inbound calls.
• Taking the airport and local taxi bookings.
• Booking over the phone, email or online and input data accurately into the software provided by the clients.
• Providing a price quotation to the customers.
• Responding to emails and live chat inquiries as required.
• Deal with queries related to the company and bookings.
• Create a positive brand image in front of the customers.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with clients, colleagues & drivers, and always working for the best interest of the company.
• Dispatch and distribute jobs in time and according to the company’s procedure.
• Punctual, reliable and responsible as per shift requirements.
• Organized execution of daily tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements for the job:

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills required. (Preferably British English)
• A minimum of 02 years Call Center experience.
• People with previous experience of a Taxi Cab Campaign will be preferred.
• Excellent skills in Customer Management.
• Decent know-how of Taxi booking software.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solving approach.
• Knows Taxi dispatching.
• Shift timings are mostly night shifts and you are expected to work on a ROTA.

(Agent’s shifts will range from 08-10 hours a day ; with overtime also available.)

Agents will be trained. Training session could be extended subject to Trainer feedback and evaluation.
