We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Truck Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be minimum 3 to 6 months experience in dispatching, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The office timings: 5pm to 2am
Responsibilities:
- The candidate has to go through proper training session.
- The candidate has to learn the attractive welcome call to cater client needs
- Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages.
- Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices.
- Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.
- Monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months to 6 months of Truck dispatch experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with dispatching software and GPS tracking tools
- Ability to handle pressure and work in shifts if required
