About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to join our team. This full-time onsite role involves coordinating and scheduling truck drivers for timely pick-ups and deliveries. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between drivers, customers, and internal departments to maintain efficient transportation operations during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries
- Monitor driver locations and progress using dispatch software
- Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Proactively resolve any issues or delays to ensure timely service
- Keep accurate records of routes, schedules, and customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
- Deliver high-quality customer service and support
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in truck dispatching (preferred)
- Proficient in dispatching software and related tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a customer service mindset
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
