We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives & Sales Coordinators for our Truck Driver Onboarding division. In this role, you will play a vital role as the primary point of contact between our company and our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outgoing calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting our services.
- Engage in negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Provide assistance and guidance to clients, facilitating easy setup and collaboration with our company.
- Handle both emergency and non-emergency calls, promptly addressing customer concerns.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, offering effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Assess incoming calls, prioritizing them based on urgency and importance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a focus on proper grammar.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with relevant software applications.
- Strong multitasking abilities to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
