Globe Call Centre is looking for experienced and proactive UK Taxi/Cab Dispatchers & Operators to join our growing operations team. We’re seeking individuals who are organized, fast thinkers, and excel under pressure. If you have hands-on experience in dispatch coordination—particularly within the UK cab or transportation industry—we’d love to welcome you to our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently allocate and manage cabs to handle incoming ride requests promptly.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize driver schedules and routes to ensure timely service.
• Maintain continuous communication with drivers and customers to manage updates, delays, or route changes.
• Accurately record trip details, driver performance, and dispatch activity reports.
• Ensure that all dispatch operations comply with company procedures and transportation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a taxi, cab, or transportation dispatching role.
• Familiarity with dispatch management systems, GPS tracking tools, and route optimization techniques.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
