Job Summary:

Handle incoming calls, messages, dispatch drivers, and provide excellent customer service for a taxi/cab operation. Requires good communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Handling & Dispatching:
• Answer calls, gather details, and assign drivers efficiently.
• Monitor driver status and provide accurate updates.

Customer Service:

• Handle inquiries, complaints, fare estimates, and waiting times professionally.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate logs of calls, trips, and incidents.

Coordination:

• Communicate with drivers and management to ensure smooth operations.

Compliance:

• Follow company policies and ensure driver safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or dispatching preferred.
• Good communication & multitasking skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi Chaklala Air Field: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer Support: 2 years (Required)
• Dispatching: 1 year (Required)

• English (Required)
