Are you a motivated individual with strong communication skills and experience in the US trucking industry? HT Friends Dispatch is looking for a reliable Truck Dispatcher to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
Booking loads for Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed, Power Only, Box Truck
Negotiating best rates with brokers on load boards (DAT, Truck stop, etc.)
Coordinating with drivers and providing real-time support
Building strong relationships with brokers and owner-operators
Ensuring all paperwork and dispatch sheets are accurately maintained
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of dispatching experience
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of US states, lanes, and time zones
Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Sheets
