Tele sales Representative

Pay: Rs40,000.00 – Rs60,000.00 per month

About the Role

As our evening Telesales Representative, you will be the primary driver of sales during a critical time of day, engaging with existing and prospective customers over the phone. Your main goal is to promote our products/services, qualify leads, and meet demanding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation: Proactively make outbound calls (and/or handle inbound sales inquiries) to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
  • Customer Engagement: Present, promote, and sell products or services, using persuasive and professional communication to close deals.
  • Objection Handling: Confidently address customer questions, concerns, and objections, turning challenges into sales opportunities.
  • Data Management: Accurately record all sales activities, customer information, purchases, and call outcomes in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of our offerings, pricing, and promotions.

Shift & Compensation

  • Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM (No late nights, set schedule).
  • Compensation: Strong base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, providing significant earning potential based on performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in a telesales, telemarketing, or high-volume sales role is plus point.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills with a clear and professional phone presence.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stress with a positive, persistent, and professional attitude.
  • Technical Savvy: Comfortable using computers; experience with CRM software is a definite plus.
