Truck Dispatcher Specialist 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 – Rs100,000.00 per month

Position Overview:

As a Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing daily load operations, booking profitable loads for drivers, maintaining strong communication with brokers, and ensuring smooth delivery and tracking of all shipments.

This is a night shift, USA-time role — perfect for candidates who already have dispatching experience in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and book loads using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, CH Robinson, TQL, etc.)
• Negotiate the best possible rates with brokers
• Communicate effectively with drivers and brokers throughout the trip
• Manage and update dispatch sheets, rate confirmations, and load status
• Handle check calls, track trucks via ELD systems
• Maintain professional broker relationships and ensure on-time pickups & deliveries
• Coordinate with accounts department for billing and rate confirmations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in USA Truck Dispatching
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of US states, routes, and load types
• Experience using load boards and ELD tracking
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work night shift (5 PM – 2 AM PKT)
• Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented

Salary Package:

• Base Pay: PKR 60,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience)
• Incentives & Commissions: Attractive load-based bonuses and performance rewards

Shift Timing:

• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
