Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs55,000.00 – Rs75,000.00 per month
Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch drivers for freight deliveries across routes
Monitor ongoing trips and maintain real-time communication
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and brokers
Utilize dispatching software and load boards for assigning loads
Troubleshoot delivery or routing issues promptly
Maintain accurate records and logs of dispatch activity
Ensure compliance with company protocols and operational efficiency
Requirements:
English Fluency (Required)
Prior 8 months+ Experience (Required)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of U.S. logistics and freight operations is a plus
Proficiency in using computers and basic software tools
Ability to work the night shift from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
