Taxi Dispatchers

Salary: 50,000 – 70,000

Globe Call Centre is looking for experienced Taxi Dispatchers with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in dispatch coordination, ideally within the cab or transportation industry. If you’re quick-thinking, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we’d like to hear from you!

Main Duties:

• Efficiently allocate cabs to meet incoming service requests without delay.
• Coordinate driver schedules and routes to guarantee on-time arrivals and departures.
• Maintain ongoing communication with drivers and clients to manage changes, delays, or concerns.
• Accurately document trip details, driver performance, and daily dispatch activities.
• Ensure all dispatch procedures follow company guidelines and relevant transport regulations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a cab dispatcher or in a related field.
• Familiarity with dispatching software and GPS navigation tools.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain composed and organized under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail with effective time management skills.
