Night Shift Dispatcher – Transportation Company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 – Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with U.S.-based customers via email and phone in fluent English
• Manage and schedule bookings accurately using our internal system
• Send booking confirmations and updates to clients
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely dispatching
• Monitor trips and handle real-time service issues
• Maintain accurate booking records and logs

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Must be able to work night shifts (Pakistan time, U.S. hours)
• Prior experience in dispatch, call center, or customer service preferred
• Must work on-site (not remote)
• Good computer skills (email, booking systems, basic Excel)
• Responsible, organized, and able to handle pressure
