CSR Truck Dispatcher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 – Rs80,000.00 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Timing: 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM

Salary: PKR 50,000 to 80,000 (based on experience) + Commission + Daily Dinner

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for freight deliveries across routes
• Monitor ongoing trips and maintain real-time communication
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and brokers
• Utilize dispatching software and load boards for assigning loads
• Troubleshoot delivery or routing issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and logs of dispatch activity
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of U.S. logistics and freight operations is a plus
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software tools
• Ability to work the night shift from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided

Experience:

• Truck Dispatcher: 1 year (Preferred)
