Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for our executive/CEO. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, excellent knowledge of Islamabad’s roads, and a commitment to punctuality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Drive the executive/CEO to various destinations, including meetings, events, and airports.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled. Perform routine inspections and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes, considering traffic and road conditions.
• Errands: Assist with personal errands, such as shopping or picking up items, as requested.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality regarding all personal and professional information.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a personal driver or in a similar role.
• License: Valid Pakistani driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Islamabad’s roads and traffic patterns.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle minor vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Personal Traits: Punctual, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
