Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to support our truck dispatching operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the logistics industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

– Assist in dispatching trucks and coordinating schedules.

– Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and team members.

– Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.

– Maintain accurate records and documentation.

– Provide administrative support to the dispatch team as needed.

*Qualifications:*

– Previous experience in truck dispatching or the logistics industry is preferred.

– Must be a Graduate.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

– Proficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
